Multiply each course's grade point value by its credit hours, sum all products, and divide the total by the sum of attempted credit hours.
An A equals 4.0, B equals 3.0, C equals 2.0, D equals 1.0, and F equals 0.0, with plus/minus modifiers adjusting points by 0.3.
